Once you have registered for the virtual event, you will be sent an email from itec@crain.com with your login details for the virtual event site. Please allow 24 hours between completion of your registration and receipt of your login details.

How do I access the virtual event? Within 24 hours of registering on itec-tireshow.com, you will receive email #1 from ITEC staff confirming your registration and email #2 from itec@crain.com with your login credentials for the virtual event site. Once logged in, you will be able to view all conference agenda sessions, Ask the Expert livestreams, and partake in the matchmaking program that allows you to connect with other attendees. These connections can begin as soon as you enter the site.
I registered but did not receive my login credentials, what should I do? If 24 hours have passed since you registered, please click on the “Enter the Virtual Event Site” button at the top of this page. Once on the site, you will be asked for your passcode. Click on “Lost Passcode” and you will be asked to enter your email address. Please be sure to enter the same email address that you used to register for the event. Your passcode will be sent to you again via email. Please be sure to check your junk mail and add itec@crain.com to your approved sender list. If you are still having issues, please email itec@crain.com
How do I watch the conference agenda sessions (technical presentations)? Click on the “Enter the Virtual Event Site” Button at the top of the ITEC website, itec-tireshow.com. Once logged into the virtual event site, click on the Agenda button on the left hand side of your screen. To view a particular session, click on the blue button located to the left of each agenda description. This blue button will only appear once the session is live. You can also go back to view any sessions that you may have missed and view them on demand.
