Renaming the ITEC Distinguished
Technology Achievement Award in his honor

The ITEC Distinguished Technology Achievement Medal was created by ITEC’s Manufacturing, Technology and Business Conference Chairman, Harold Herzlich in 2008 to recognize a recipient whose contribution of pioneering research in tire construction, tread design and manufacturing, coupled with engineering and materials innovations, has significantly contributed to the betterment of society, safety of transportation and global tire technology.

It is an honor for ITEC to rename this prestigious award in the name of Harold Herzlich in recognition of his dedication to the technical education of the tire industry and his open willingness to present the new ideas and invovations of the tire manufacturing industry as evidenced by his involvement with ITEC since 1994.

Please join your peers and colleagues on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 4:45 pm In the I-X Center’s Main Ballroom as ITEC presents the Harold Herzlich Distinguished Technology Achievement Award to the 2012 recipient.

The Harold Herzlich Distinguished Technology Achievement Award presentation is open to all ITEC delegates, attendees and exhibitors at no additional charge.

A light hoer’s de oeuvres reception will follow the presentation.
